Amazing definitely recommend. Absolutely stunning, the yurt was beautiful clean and tidy and I wouldn’t change a thing! The lake was so peaceful and quiet and the staff were so helpful. The views were stunning and there is a nice local pub for food 3 minutes drive away and a village town 7 minutes away. You will not regret going, I have seen a few reviews about the price being too high but honestly I think it is worth every penny,I came back refreshed and relaxed and it made me want to live in a yurt full time. There is steep hills but I could push my 10 month old in a Bugaboo city stroller just fine and I was glad as it was a good workout but the staff are also on hand if you need to use the golf cart so it wasn’t an issue. Thank you Yurtshire we will be back!
Simple pleasures in a stunning location A beautiful destination on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales that’s ideal for couples looking for a glamping experience. You really get a sense of the attention and care by this small business; they go above and beyond for special requests, including anniversaries and birthdays. We had a wonderful long weekend here made even more special with the Saturday yoga session and swim in Eavestone Lake. How do more locals not know about this?! A real respite from working life.
An amazing experience. We booked this for our 22nd wedding anniversary. It was an absolutely amazing experience, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The yurt and its location were stunning, everything you needed. Fired up the hottub and went for a walk to the lake. We’ve never been to a yurt before and think we’ve spoilt ourselves with this one as I’ve never seen another this good. We’ll definitely be returning.
